About founder

Greetings! I'm Walid, and my lifelong passion for fitness, movement, and holistic health has always been a driving force in my life. Beginning with gymnastics, martial arts, and football in my earlier years, I later embraced dance and achieved certifications as a Pilates teacher, yoga instructor, fitness coach, sports massage therapist, and nutritionist. With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, I thrive on helping individuals tap into their body's true potential.


Having spent many years in gyms across Paris, China, and Dubai, I've created this platform to support people in realizing their fitness goals. My mission is to foster understanding and shared knowledge about health.


I am committed to providing holistic care to all my clients, facilitating healing and empowering them to achieve a fitness level that enhances every aspect of their lives.


CONFIDENCE: Witnessing the newfound confidence in my clients as they experience changes in their lives brings me immense joy. I relish the moments when their faces light up as they discover more about their own extraordinary bodies.


COMMITMENT: The individuals I work with lead very busy lives, often as traveling executives and more. With limited time available, we focus on effectively and efficiently achieving their desired body transformations.


KNOWLEDGE: Our bodies are remarkable and intricate ecosystems. Unfortunately, there's a wealth of misinformation, leading many to sustain injuries and endure chronic pain. I have dedicated years to understanding how to heal the body and then train it safely and effectively, and it's this knowledge that I pass on to my clients.
