Welcome to Animal Moves & Grounding Training

The purpose of this approach is to enhance you strength and flexibility using your own body weight exclusively. A functional training that improves joint mobility by incorporating movements across all planes of the body - sagittal, coronal, transversal - in different positions like standing, crawling, sitting, lying, and squatting. The focus is on achieving a broad range of motion, allowing you to reconnect with the earth and nature. Grounding or Earthing the body involves direct contact with the earth's natural electric charge (electrons), providing natural anti-inflammatory benefits. The four-legged structure effectively targets core muscles and encourages the growth of lean muscle. You can customize each exercise to match your own pace and rhythm, or choose from the Personalized Program. Additionally, you have the option to participate in a brief exercise session at the end of the tutorials.
